This is cxxwrap, a program to generate Java JNI wrappers, HTML documentation, and manual pages for a set of C++ classes. The source code is hosted by sourceforge.net.  See the project page on sourceforge for more information.

This software compiles cleanly on Unix (Solaris, Irix, FreeBSD, Linux, and others I'm sure) and on Windows 95/98/NT/2000/XP using VC++ or gcc.
